By entering into a business relationship with M Gogh Designs, you (the Client) agree and consent to the following terms and conditions:

Design projects are initially charged per project. Requests beyond the original estimate will be charged hourly at a rate of $100.00/hour for first-time clients, and a reduced rate of $75.00/hour for existing clients, with a one hour minimum charge.

An upfront deposit of 50% of the estimate cost is required for all projects prior to start of any design work.

Standing clients who request additional design projects will have their work charged on an hourly basis.

At this time, payment is accepted only through Paypal.

Clients will be provided with 5 main design concepts per project to evaluate. Client has final approval of designs before completion of project, but all copyrights are retained by M Gogh Designs unless & until released to client upon receipt of payment. Final design(s) will be released to client only upon receipt of payment. Work refused by the client cannot be used in whole or in part.

M Gogh Designs does not accept work on spec/without compensation.

There will be a $500 cap on client accounts. When a client account has surpassed $500 prior to completion of work, they will need to make an interim payment to bring it back under this amount, or face work suspension until payment has been received.

Designs, original art, stock art, and clip art presented by M Gogh Designs are for the use of the authorized client. All art, images, designs, and material are copyright of M Gogh Designs and may not be resold, added to clip art collections or any other unauthorized form of distribution or reproduction without the express written permission of M Gogh Designs and the images contained within.

In case of unforeseen circumstances resulting in necessary termination of a project on the part of Matthew Brinson & M Gogh Designs, the files or assets for a project may be transferred to the client upon receipt of payment for the work done by M Gogh Designs, so that the client may have the project completed elsewhere at their discretion. Optionally, the client may choose to have the work completed by an associate of M Gogh Designs.

In case of termination of a project on the part of the client, partial refunds will be provided. 25% of the original deposit will be retained by M Gogh Designs as a handling fee, and there will be an hourly charge for the work that's been done prior to cancellation.

Terms may be negotiated on an individual basis.

All prices listed are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified.

All billing is done by email during the last week of the month.

Rights are not released and designs may not be used, and work is not continued, with an overdue/outstanding account balance owed to M Gogh Designs.

Rights are retained to use designs in a portfolio or promotion of M Gogh Designs in the future.

Designs are provided in vector, bitmap, jpeg, etc as required by the client.

 

Privacy Policy

Information collected by M Gogh Designs for the creation of designs, communication with the client, billing & invoicing, etc., is confidential and will not be shared or sold to any third party without express prior consent, unless where required by law.

 

Sample ballpark prices for some standard items might be:

• Standalone new logo: $500+

• Letterhead design: $75

• Business card design: $75

• Combined letterhead & cards: $130

• New Business package of logo, letterhead, envelope, business cards: $600

• 6-page Brochures: $300+ (client provides all content)

• Promotional one page flyer: $100

• Web Graphics: Per hour rates, subject to negotiation and project contents
